Overall, it's good home base for exploring Poitiers attractions. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. The breakfast was tasty and you could try fruit and fresh fruit etc.

Breakfast was delightful, we were provided with the double room. The host upon arrival was excellent. Comfy furnishings. 10 mins walk to the centre. No complains at all, we will choose the place for future trips if in Poitiers.
